MY STORY
I have a passion for designing interiors. I studied interior design at the Sir John Cass School of Art, Architecture and Design at the famous London Guildhall University where I achieved a First Class degree with Honours. I have worked in the buying departments of John Lewis and House of Fraser sourcing lighting and glass for their collections. With a passion for sourcing and working with colour, I have created beautiful places for people to live in. Lisa Joseph Interior Design provides a highly personalised service focused entirely on your lifestyle, vision and individual needs.
I am passionate about finding the perfect furniture, lighting, flooring and wallpaper for my clients, fusing colour and texture. I mix vintage and modern; high street and designer; retail and bespoke—bringing them together with elegance to create a sense of magic in your home. I keep a keen eye on new design products and trends within the industry.
When I'm not designing, I'm an avid supporter of tennis and Liverpool Football Club. I love to travel and explore different cultural and architectural influences. I also create my own artwork and enjoy listening to many genres of music. Fitness and meditation keep me relaxed and motivated after a productive day.

Finding fun, funky and different furniture and accessories is a real passion of mine.
Make a hallway fabulous with a few key practical and unusual key pieces that make an entrance. Rugs are a great way to bring in beauty.
I always enjoying working with colour and creating colour combination that excite. The storage solutions and flooring here merge which is an effective way of making the bedroom look more spacious and striking.
Wallpaper, furniture and flooring that brings the outside in are very calming in a bedroom.
This interior is relaxed and cosy. The way a lounge should be! The patterned wall is expressive and engaging. I love to source design classics - sofas, chairs and tables are a particular favourite. The Togo Sofa stands on it's own designed by Michel Ducaroy for Lignet Roset in 1973. This low-lying sofa has a curved silhouette providing the characteristic pleats of crumpled fabric and also making it the ideal seat to lay back and relax into.
A dramatic yet exquisite dining room with some beautiful finds making it theatrical and classy.
Occasional lighting is so important in a room. This piece was a great find. When not alight, it also works in the room as an interesting sculptural piece. I sourced a matching table lamp to go in the dining room.
Marble, marble and more marble! We can source the most extraordinary pieces of marble. You will be amazed! This creates a powerful, textured and engaging interior.
Mirrors add beauty and interest to any room, whilst also providing more space and light.
Panelled walls and ornate ceilings are special. This interior combines modern and classic design. The furniture extenuates the classic panelling, while the copper and gold lighting adds a modern edge.
The Camaleonda sofa is an icon, rediscovered. First designed in 1970 by Mario Bellini, it was one of the first truly modular sofa designs, evolving through contemporary living rooms like a wonderfully soft wave. By hooking and unhooking seats, backrests and armrests, you can enjoy the luxury of changing your mind as many times as you desire, moving and redesigning the space. It looks wonderful in this truly gorgeous living room - great for the family space I designed.
This striking boys bedroom creates a sense of drama and texture with graffiti style wallpaper and a strong monochrome with red colour scheme.
